The NeckSafe training course can be undertaken online via our eLearning interface, or as a face-face course for ten or more people.

Successful demonstration of competency via the face-face course results in the award of the nationally recognised credential: PUAEME004A Provide Emergency Care for Suspected Spinal Injury.

As the online courses cover only theoretical (and not practical) subjects and assessment, a NeckSafe Statement of Attainment is the result of successful completion. This can be converted to the nationally recognise  certification once practical training and assessment is completed by a Necksafe Certified Trainer (NCT).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students undertaking nationally recognised training must provide their USI to their registered training provider before they can receive their training records and results. If you don’t have  a USI, please visit http://usi.gov.au/create-your-USI/Pages/default.aspx
